Rhubarb Raspberry Crostata & delicious breakfast sandwich

I thought it'd be weird to include this with my last post. Guns, mountains,... Crostata? Nahhh.

I got this recipe from Lottie + Doof, one of my favorite food blogs. Mmmmm. Recipe can be found here. Their version is a little more... Uniform-looking? Whatevs. It's delicious, regardless of what it looks like. We served it with vanilla bean Haagen Daz. Which I'm convinced nothing could taste bad with dear Mr. Daz.


 This morning: poached egg, leftover parsley & roasted garlic mayo, spinach, avocado, tomato, and English muffin. Droooool.


Why did I have a spoon? No idea. I'm still working on the whole food staging thing hahaha.
