First off, I would like to congratulate Christopher Nolan for officially BLOWING my mind in his film Inception. Seriously, that movie was ridiculous. Not ridiculous like me and Bryan smuggling in our own popcorn and burgers into the movie theater (although we did do that). More ridiculous like I was still thinking about Inception several hours after my movie-watching experience had ended. Whew.
Aside from catching a flick, today I had a hankering for some chocolate chip cookies. Vegan chocolate chip cookies (recipe courtesy of my lovely roommate/best friend, Suzanne). So I made some. Here is the final product:

On a completely unrelated note, I just wanted to say that I am so thankful for having parents that I enjoy hanging out with. Even if it's just means eating dinner while watching Food Network, predicting who we think is going to win "Chopped." What can I say, we're food people.
Wish me luck as I plan on hiking Castle Crags with my church's college group tomorrow! Prayer against heat stroke/exhaustion would be awesome. Haha... But really.
