Take take take it all!

So Hillsong United. Heard of 'em? They produce, arguably, some of the best worship music out there. Last night I went to a giant, 2 1/2-hour long worship sesh. And, oh yeah, Hillsong led it. Eeeee! It was so sick. (I know, I reverted to using cheap slang to describe an AMAZING night... Words can hardly describe it.) Plus I was reunited with two of my lovely friends from Campus Crusade! (Love you, Caity and Andrew ♥) It was such a privilege to worship alongside so many other believers. There were moments when I thought to myself, "If heaven is anything like this, I can't wait!"

One of my favorite moments was getting to sing and dance to one of their last songs, "Take It All" from their United We Stand album. This video hardly does it justice, but you should get a faint idea of what it's like to worship with a bajillion people and Hillsong.

As concert #2 of the summer, (Lilith Fair/Colbie Caillat being the first) I would say that this summer is shaping up to be a musically memorable one.

I love John's description of what heaven. And even more so, I love that our God created it to be more perfect and wonderful than anything our puny human brains could imagine.

After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could count, from every nation and all tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, and palm branches were in their hands; and they cry out with a loud voice, saying "Salvation to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb."
Revelation 7:9-10
